Trojan Horse Generic9.BBRN?

Please help! I have the trojan Trojan Horse Generic9.BBRN and when i start up my pc, I have 60seconds before my pc closes down. I know how to stop it temporarly with shutdown -a

And when i click Heal it says "Access To The File Has Been Denied" And same story when i click Move To Vault!

So please help me!

I am using AVG Free and Advanced Windows Care Pro And Spyware Blaster And Ad-Aware 2007..
