Audacity can do this, on the web page below check out effects. It lists reverse. I hear that you can subliminally talk backwards during a normal conversation and by replaying the conversation backwards you can make out words or sentences about what they actually mean. I heard about this on the radio and played back clips when Clinton was in office and he contradicted himself. It's not a real science but interesting.
