Since I know free screensaver sites are famous for spyware, I was trying to choose from Google images and Yahoo images, but no matter the pixel size they all appear blurry when I put them up on my 15'' moniter. Is there I secret?

What resolution are you using? If the image you are using for the wallpaper (the background)
is smaller than the pixel size of the resolution you are using, then the image will be stretched and get blurry.
Find an image close to your resolution and it shouldnt look that blurry or not be blurry at all.
Also typical resolutions are
800x600
1024x768
1280x720
1280x768
1600x1200

video driver or your monitor may be faulty.
try checkin the size of the actual image.. if its a small file it will be distorted when stretched to fit a 15 inch monitor... or the file type.. Jpeg isnt as clear as a bitmap.. also try the troubleshooting wizard in your display settings.. if that doesnt help then it could me something wrong with your monitor.
their resolution is too low for your screen settings, so they are stretched out too much, get larger images that match your desktop size
Does anything else ever look blurry, or is it just the Google/Yahoo images? I don't know how they keep their images, but I suspect they are low-resolution images that look fine when they are small, but look fuzzy when you blow them up.
If you don't want your pictures to do that, you need to store them as full color bitmaps, which makes each picture very large in terms of data storage. Google and Yahoo images don't want a single picture to take up 15 megabytes, they have thousands of them to store.
