Help!!! can someone help me remove malware from my computer???

when i run spybot sd, it has malware called fake alert and it wouldnt remove the malware no matter how many times i run the spybot.. but when i run avg anti-virus and avg anti-spyware, they both could not find the fake alert malware, only the spybot.. i have paid avg anti-virus program but not the spybot and anti-spyware-- i installed them both for free.. what shall i do? i wanna clean my laptop. and i am using IE now because i dont know how to install add ons on my firefox and it prevent me to watch videos on youtube.
