I suggest that you do not key any keylogging programs.
They usually have viruses, or they keylog you!
The best solution is to just go into History and view there.
If it is clean, go into My Computer, Documents and Settings, Their user name, and then cookies. That will show you the sites they have been visiting.
Instead if you want something that protects, get Norton Antivirus as it does come with a parent control
