you system is infected by malware the popup itself is from some malware(similiar like spyware) program download spybot s%26d update it and run full scan ..
try using mcafee or spysweeper trust me big difference compared to other cheap security software

Processes on my computer?

There are 36 running and CPU usage is between 30% and 50%. I know the computer is free of viruses or spyware. How can I clean up all this extra stuff and make my computer run a little faster? I do have Norton Internet Security and Windows Defender on it.

To answer that question, you need to be more specific about you computer. For example:

How much RAM does you system have?

Which operating system are you running?

Which type of settings is you computer set on?

But without that all I can say is to defragment you drive. You can do this by in Vista by: searching defragment on you start bar. In windows XP you go to Start%26gt;System tools%26gt;Defragment. Defragment takes from a few minutes to a several hours depending on your level of fragmentation.

In Task Manager's Processes tab, click twice on CPU to order processes, with highest usage at the top.

Then go to Start-%26gt;Run. Type in msconfig and hit Enter or click OK.

This will open the System Configuration Utility. Click on the Startup tab. This will show you most processes that are set to start when Windows does. This gives you a little more info.

You can then uncheck items you may not want running.

It doesn't have any virus's or anything in it that i could find / see with my 2 anti-virus systems

But i guess it really depends on were your downloading it from try downloading it from filefront or fileshack i find them to be virus free but the choice is yours

OK... Here's the situation. I have several programs including Battlefield 2 and my Spanish program (both of which I completely own and paid for!) have ceased to start. I have nailed the issue down to copy protection. The BF2 splash screen will display and the process will continue to run, however the game never initializes. The case is the same with my Spanish program. It is at this time in the program startup (the splash screens) when copy-protection is initialized. I do not have anything illegal or otherwise ''bad'' on my computer. It is free of viruses and spyware and everything else. I am NOT a computer idiot. I would not be asking this question if I was. I need someone who can give me a way to either bypass the copy protection when programs start up or in some function allow me to assure the program that it is not being stolen.

Try a system restore.

If that doesn't help then try reinstalling both programs.

I'm not sure where you came up with that theory, but I can tell you that this will happen with some programs sometimes.

Uninstalling the program and installing the program will help although sometimes you also have to delete any files and/or folders related to the program as well as any keys located in your registry.

This should help although it difficult to pin-point your actual problem based on your details.

I would contact Microsoft for an answer. This sounds like something is either wrong in windows itself or the software might be copied illegally and sold as original. I would not worry the problem is not on your end.

If you're using Windows, you can go to Microsoft.com and search there...there's a section called Windows Marketplace that has a ton of downloads and things you might be able to use...also, though it's one thing I've never looked for there, I'd suggest perhaps download.com, which has a strict anti-spyware policy, and the few ad-supported downloads they still have are disclosed right at the start...do not just search on Yahoo or Google for sites...the majority of those are going to drop the very crap on your computer you don't want

You can search for fonts in search engines as good as anyone. Did you know MS Office used to install 'embedded fonts when you opened a Word doc from someone. I think Word still does. Ask around for people to send docs to you with a bunch of embeded fonts.

Configuring Microsoft Word to embed the entire font: From Microsoft Word choose the ''Tools'' menu. Choose the ''Options'' submenu to bring up the multi-tabbed ''Options'' dialog. Select the ''Save'' tab. Put a checkmark next to ''Embed TrueType Fonts''.

ALSO, look for old version of Corel Draw. They came with hundreds to thousands of fonts depending on the version. that would be very legal and CHEAP.

please no spaming and no bad answers. i purchased a pc at circuitcity the a1720n which is intel core 2 duo 6300, 1 gig ram, 320 hd windows vista home premium. i took it home and i ran a benchmark on microsoft.com called windows game advisor. when i ran it crashed the pc. so i installed some free anti virus and spyware and removed norton program because norton sucks. and i still have the same problem the pc reboots to blue screen and restarts when i watch videos, multi task, play runescape or any games while doing somthing. also when i push the dvd open button it does not work. i have to push with a pencil just to open it. now i want to return it and i know they have a 15 percent restock fee for returning. but if i EXCHANGE will i get full refund on exchanging or will they take off 15 percent from that too? also since i removed norton security on there will that void my return? i also bought a backup recovery, which added 60 dollars will they refund that too? i hate losing money.
